Water quality in Luanda

Thanks to member Angela for this information:

“The water quality has been poor over the last few weeks. The water is being brought in by truck. This is because there has been damage to pipes and direct municipal water has been cut off for a few months now. The water is tinged brown and is tainted. There have been many announcements on the local media / Radio from the EPAL to apologise for the inconvenience of the quality and a warning to boil the water.

The water quality is like this throughout Luanda city, It has nothing to do with the supplier or the tanker in which the water is transported.”
